I was embarrassed a little, seems to increase in the intensity of pain, but the blood that the work had been done and theres not a disease, xray done and it is not uncommon for who knows how icould.

There is a disease called appendagitis omental (not) appendicitis. Diverticulitis, gastroenteritis, or a few other options.
If you are a woman, could be the ovary. Sounds like a lot, can be considered.
If you are a man, it might be something wrong with the colon.
